KARTING BATTLES — Privacy Policy

Overview

Karting Battles ("the game") is a free kart racing game for iPhone and Android, published by Presan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). No account is required to play. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the game and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Device and usage information: device model, operating system version, and advertising identifier, collected through advertising and platform services to serve ads, prevent fraud, and operate the game.
• Purchase confirmations: if you buy Karting Battles Premium, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive confirmation that premium is active — never your card details.
• Leaderboard scores: if you sign in with Game Center (iOS) or Play Games (Android), your best lap times and the display name from that service may appear on public leaderboards. Sign-in is optional and never required to race.
• Support emails: if you contact support@kartingbattles.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, used only to help you.

Information we do not collect

• No accounts, usernames, or passwords.
• No precise location data.
• No contact lists, photos, or files.

Ads

The free version of the game shows ads served by Google AdMob (one interstitial ad after every 2 completed races; ads never interrupt a race). AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads). Premium members never see ads.

Third-party services

The game uses these third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Apple App Store & Game Center (iOS)
• Google Play Store, Play Games & AdMob (Android)
• Subscription management (RevenueCat or the stores' native billing — final choice confirmed at launch)

Children's privacy

Karting Battles is a general-audience game that families and kids may enjoy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us at support@kartingbattles.com and we will delete it.

Data retention & deletion

Leaderboard scores are kept while the leaderboards are active. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request. To request deletion of information associated with you, email support@kartingbattles.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and the current version will always be posted at this address.
